Mario Isaias Director
Mario started his professional career 25 years ago as a Chartered Accountant and, for the past 22 years, has focused on corporate superannuation and financial advice, working with actuarial, employee benefits, and financial planning firms.
He regularly advises trustees and large corporate super funds, including defined benefit schemes, and supports companies with other employee benefits such as group insurance and employee share plans.
Mario is also an experienced speaker, having presented at numerous industry seminars over the past 25 years, including events for the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Superannuation Management from Macquarie University. Mario is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a financial planning specialist with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

Alex brings more than 15 years of experience providing specialist advice, consulting, and coaching across corporate superannuation, group insurance, employee share schemes, financial wellness programs, and complex financial planning.
He has significant expertise managing competitive tenders for corporate superannuation and group insurance, ensuring our corporate clients can confidently offer employee benefits that are highly valued by their teams.
Alex also chairs our Investment Committee, overseeing Harvest’s strategic portfolio construction and investment research processes.

With over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, Izabella brings a wealth of knowledge, structure, and warmth to her role as Client Administration Service Manager at Harvest. Her career spans across superannuation (corporate and personal), investments (wholesale and retail), and personal insurance—giving her a deep and practical understanding of the financial landscape.
Beyond her operational expertise, Izabella is deeply passionate about educating and empowering women to take control of their financial wellbeing. She proudly hosts Harvest’s Wise Women’s Wealth education programs—creating a supportive space where women can build financial confidence, knowledge, and long-term security.
At her core, Izabella believes that financial wellbeing should be accessible to everyone, and that strong administration and education are key pillars in delivering long-lasting, meaningful client relationships
